9/3/24-scott- The chisel attachment was not for this tool  This tool is mostly for drilling holes

08/18/24: User was trying to remove tile from the bathroom, and hammer didn't work fully. User said the power was on, tool switched to hammer, and the bit was slowly rotating, but couldn't get more power than that. Not sure if tool error or user error because he went to an entirely different tool? (ES)

Thunderbolt rotary hammer. jackhammer. 

10/19/21: says won't hammer. repair: turned switch to hammer. now hammers.
